Halfway There - Are You On Track?

We're two complete quarters through the year. Moving right along, isn't it?

By now you should have your complete results through the end of second quarter. What do they look like? Are you on track to meet your goals for this year? If not, take steps now to ensure that you do.

Here are some ideas for you.

- What are you doing differently this year? Is it time to can those changes and perhaps duplicate an activity that worked really well for you last year?

- What are you "not paying attention to" that is screaming for help? It could be an inventory, employee, customer or business process issue. Find it and fix it fast.

The end of the year will be here before we know it. You must immediately take steps to correct course if you are not on track.
